Causeway Traffic Stops Lead to Drug Discovery

On Tuesday May 27th, 2014, a Brunswick Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on the F.J. Torras Causeway at approximately 1:14 pm. The initial stop was conducted on the driver of a Jeep for failing to stop at the red light while turning onto the Causeway. The Officer made contact with the driver and smelled the strong odor a marijuana coming from the vehicle.
